Our gift bags are typically packaged in a reusable tote, straw basket or traditional indonesian bamboo box. Welcome bags might contain basic essentials like mosquito repellents, hand fans and coconut water or over-the-top packages that contains beach sarongs, coconut and bamboo products, candles and printable itineraries that help your guests become immersed in Bali.

Typically each traveler receives the gifts in our signature “Welcome to Bali” tote bag. Handwritten name tag is added to each welcome bag.

We can also print your logo or trip / company name on tote bags. One color print.

Rycycled paper notebook

Print your logo and trip / company name on notebooks. One color print.

Itinerary print

Print your trip itinerary and welcome letter for your guests (design provided)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The estimated time to prepare and deliver the welcome bags or boxes is between 15-20 business days
You must provide the logo or design for the customized notebook or tote bag in PNG format. For bottles we only accept vector image formatted in .PSD, .AI , .PDF. The artwork background needs to be transparent. File size should be less than 40MB.
Please note all the bamboo & coconut products are handmade - the sizes and colors might be slightly different
Logo print on the bags & on the notebook & bamboo straw pouches may have different shades due to different printing methods used.

We need from you the basic info like: budget, delivery date, occasion and number of bags required but also we would like to hear about your preferred aesthetic (color theme)

DESIGN AND APPROVAL

Based on your requirements we will create a welcome goodie bag concept for your review!

PAYMENT

You can pay online by credit/ debit card - we will send you a payment link. You can also make a local bank transfer if that works better.

DELIVERY

We deliver only locally in Bali. We can deliver to your hotel or villa or welcome you at the airport. Please note that delivery has to be paid extra.
