Our welcome bags and boxes are perfect for group trips, retreats, weddings, events, and villa guests in Bali. Whether you’re a retreat host, Airbnb owner, bride, or event planner — we’ve got something special for your guests!

Yes! You can request a custom design for your event, retreat, or wedding. Simply fill out the form and we will get in touch with you!

You can contact us and inform us about the desired changes and we will see what we can do. We do not offer cancellation once the order has been placed and paid for.

We don’t sell individual items on their own (example: you wish to order a coconut bowl only). You can create your own gift bag or box by choosing a minimum of 4 items plus a bag or box. Just head over to “Create Your Own” section under the Shop menu to get started! It’s a fun way to mix and match your favorite Bali-made goodies into one beautiful welcome gift.

Processing time takes 10-15 business days. We recommend placing your order with plenty of time if you need it for a certain date (at least 4 weeks prior the desired delivery date)

The items in our gift bags are sourced and handmade in Bali by local artisans and small businesses. We focus on products that are natural, eco-friendly, and full of island charm — so your gifts feel authentic, meaningful, and sustainable. We also working on adding new exotic products from Java and Sulawesi.

We don’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order (product is damaged after unboxing) please reach out immediately — we’ll do our best to make it right!
